We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your CZR Exchange account, please follow the process outlined below.

⚠️ Important Notice: Once your account is deleted, the process is irreversible. You will lose access to all trading history, wallet balances, and account data associated with CZR Exchange.

Account Deletion Eligibility

Before submitting a deletion request, ensure that your account meets the following conditions:

  1. No Active Balances

    • Your wallet must have a zero balance across all crypto and fiat holdings.

    • Withdraw any remaining funds before proceeding.

  2. No Open Orders or Positions

    • Ensure that there are no active trades, open positions, or uncompleted transactions.

  3. No Ongoing Compliance or Disputes

    • Your account must not be under investigation or involved in any legal, compliance, or dispute processes.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Via CZR App

  1. Open the CZR Exchange App.

  2. Go to Account > Settings > Security & Privacy.

  3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

  4. Follow the prompts and complete identity verification (if required).

  5. Confirm your request.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you’re unable to access your account or encounter issues during the process, please contact our support team directly:

  • Registered email or phone number

  • User ID (if available)

What Happens Next?

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated within 7 business days.

  • All personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
